| About Us Protech Wheel Repair was originally founded by Ron Pratt to meet the Cosmetic Wheel and Rim Repair needs of Major Automobile Dealers in the Atlanta Georgia area. Because of the quality workmanship he displayed while successfully repairing thousands of damaged Wheels and Rims, the dealership personnel soon began referring to him as "The Wheel Doctor" whenever he arrived on their lots. Even though the business continued to grow, Ron began to recognize a growing need for a company to repair Bent and Cracked Wheels and Rims at a fair and reasonable price for the Individual Consumer. He purchased or designed and built the necessary equipment needed to provide a quality solution for almost all Wheel and Rim problems. The Company recently upgraded the equipment used for Straightening and Truing Bent Rims and Wheels to the Acu-Tru System. This System allows the Company to not only Straighten the Bends but to also "Tru" the Wheels. Allowing them to make repairs to Rims and Wheels to tighter tolerances which makes them run smoother than those repaired at any other repair facility in Georgia |
